Thick Islam and Deep Islam

I mentioned in a former post the growing lack of tolerance taking place in Indonesia, especially Jakarta, over the past few years and the increasing tendency of the women to wear the Jilbab or Muslim head dress and other clothing together with the shift away from Western dress styles.
