Daniel preaches in English at an International School

Bro Steve:
I went to the International school which is about 30 kilometers from my house. I was picked up, and we went by way of the toll road. It is a well known International school called Sekolah Pelita Harapan. There are students from abroad, mostly Korea, Japan, South East Asia (Philipines etc.) including teachers from Australia, the USA, Japan, Africa, and Korea. They use English in communicating. I preached in English also. I was asked to explain the book of Joshua chapter 24 and Judges chapter 1. The point of the lesson was that if they didn't worship the true God, they would end up worshiping the false gods.

I went there with Susanto so he could take some pictures. We left my home at 12 noon and returned home after 3:30 PM. I then went to the ruko to teach English. Hopefully they will ask me again to teach them one day since they use many preachers from many denominations. Maybe they are still trying to find good teachers to give healthy spiritual food for the children.

The person who invited me sent me a short message after I returned from the ruko saying “thank you” for the sermon I preached.
